Group Booking consists of Space, Food & Drink at per person rate (minimum booking number may vary). Set Menu options (A, B, C, etc.) & Drink Combination options may vary by vendors. Food & Drink serving options will be provided by the vendor (buffet, individual serving or serving per table for sharing).
Vendors with NO SPACE (Takeaways, Food Courts, Stationed Food Trucks) can also showcase their great food under ‘Grab & Go – Catering/Markdown Sale’ within ‘Group Booking’.
Space Booking consists of only booking a space at Hourly, Daily or Monthly rate (this may vary by vendors).
Schools, Colleges, Offices, Co-working spaces, Medical Practices, Shopfronts and Shopping Centers, etc. with Spaces serving various purposes can list their Space on Spazii. Some vendors may not have catering capacity whilst some may advise you to purchase food & drink on the premises.
Corporates, individuals, Business Networking Groups, Churches, etc. who are after a Space and/or Catering for a Workshop, Seminar, Training, Pop-up Store Setup, Team Building, Networking, Fellowship, interview purpose, Medical Practice (Consulting, Therapy, etc.), and Creative Purpose can use Spazii.
There is absolutely NO FEE for Customers to pay upon Signing up.
A small Platform Fee of 2% is charged upon completing each booking.
Yes, a Flat Monthly Fee of $39.95 is charged to list a venue and to access Unlimited Bookings. You can cancel at any time at NO COST during your first 30-Day Complimentary Membership period (*Conditions Apply).
*Upon unlisting/deactivating your venue from Spazii Platform, it is important that all the confirmed customer bookings are consumed.
You can cancel your Booking 7 DAYS BEFORE your Booking Date at NO COST.
This is to best protect vendors who are struggling with ‘No Show’ issues and high operating costs.
Yes, there is NO Lock-in Agreement for both Vendors and Customers.
For vendors, once you Cancel your Subscription, you will NOT be charged from the next billing cycle. BEFORE cancelling your subscription plan, here is what you SHOULD DO:
1) DEACTIVATE your Account. This will hide your Venue from Customers on the Platform. Hence, customers can no longer make new bookings. Exiting Customer Bookings will remain unaffected. It is Vendor’s obligation to honor Existing Customer Bookings. For inevitable circumstances, vendor may request Customer to cancel their booking if it is 7 Days BEFORE the Event Date (Payment is made on the 7th Day Before the Event Date).
2) CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION (Monthly/Yearly). You will not be charged from the next Billing Cycle. Existing Subscription is non-refundable. Your Account will remain active until the next Billing Cycle.
3) Click on ‘DELETE MY ACCOUNT’ Button in your Vendor Page to REQUEST for Deletion of your Account. Further instruction will be provided to guide you step by step to ensure you can Cancel Subscription whilst honoring your existing Customer Bookings.
For customers, once you cancel your account, your account information including past booking details and upcoming booking details will be deleted or canceled. A refund of Cancelled Booking will only apply if applicable (please refer to Spazii Cancellation Policy). Hence, please ensure you cancel the account AFTER consuming all the Upcoming Bookings.
There are two options offered on the Platform – ‘Catering & Space’ or ‘Space Booking Only’.
Please read the General FAQs for further information. Every venue offers different inclusions, exclusions, perks, facilities, amenities, etc. Please use ‘Filter Setting’ on the Platform to pick and choose what you are after to shortlist venues that best suit your style.
Upon Booking, Customers are charged with a 2% Platform Fee for our service to you. Spazii aims to disrupt fee-greedy digital platforms; hence, we charge the minimal fee to ensure we can continuously provide the service with sustainability.
Spazii is partnered with Stripe (third-party payment gateway), and it is at Vendors’ discretion to either absorb the Stipe Fee or to include it in the Listing Price. Stripe charges 1.75%* +30 cents per Booking. *Conditions Apply – overseas cards may have different rates.
This is to best protect vendors who are suffering from ‘No Show’ issues.
Once a Booking is confirmed, you will be redirected to the Booking Page where you can view all the Upcoming Bookings and Completed Bookings. An Email Notification will be triggered for any activities regarding your Booking and its status.
Of course! You can view reviews of Vendors before your Booking and you can also leave reviews once your Booking is consumed. Vice Versa, Vendors are also enabled to leave a review for their customers to ensure Spazii creates a Safe Culture. Your Reviews left under your account by Vendors will not be seen by any customers.
Anyone who has a Dedicated space (whether limited or plentiful) suitable to accommodate Laptop workers, Corporate Workshop, Business Networking or even Creative activities such as film shooting can showcase their space as well their delicious menus.
Takeaways, Food Courts and Stationed Food Trucks with NO or LIMITED Space can also become vendors by listing their venue under ‘Eat & Go – Budget Group Meal Deal’ and/or ‘Grab & Go – Catering/Markdown Sale Deal’.
Not at all! If you have a dedicated space that is perfect for a Corporate workshop, seminar, or training, then you can list your Space under ‘Space Booking Only’.
If you can also offer Catering, then you can list your Space under ‘Space & Catering’.
We have vendors like Hotels, Colleges, School, Clubs, etc. who list their space for ‘Group Booking’ to accommodate Corporate Workshop, Seminar and Training and networking.
We have Not for Profits (NFP) offering ‘Group Booking’ under ‘Team Building’ and ‘Unique Experience’.
We have Takeaways, Food Courts and stationed Food Trucks listing their filling, delicious food under ‘Group Booking’ offering ‘Eat & Go – Budget Group Meal Deal’ and/or ‘Grab & Go – Catering/Markdown Sale Deal’ as they have NO or LIMITED Space.

If that’s something you can offer, please select ‘City Getaway’, ‘Unique Experience’ and ‘Team Building’, etc. as your Positioning. That way, you will be instantly matched with Users who are after what you offer!
Of course! If you can offer a ‘Unique Experience’ to fulfil Corporate ‘Team building’ and can demonstrate how you have been serving the community and would like to invite Corporates to join your journey, you can list your Venue under ‘Unique Experience’, ‘Team Building’, ‘Workshop’, etc. That way, you will be matched with Corporates who are looking for alternatives other than just booking a Space for their corporate function.
Because you will be offering ‘Group Booking’ for corporates, light meal & drink also need to be provided whilst they come for the ‘Unique Experience’.
Of course! If you have classrooms, auditorium, amphitheatre, etc. that are underutilised during school holidays or before/after school hours, simply list your venue under ‘Space Booking Only’ for hourly, daily or monthly booking.
No. Spazii’s interest is to best protect vendors who are enslaved by delivery platforms charging up to 30% for their Commission. We DO NOT charge any Commission to vendors. Stripe, Payment gateway which is integrated onto Spazii, charges vendors 1.75% + 30 cents for their service per booking (fee may vary for overseas cards, American Express, etc.)
Yes, Spazii charges a FLAT MONTHLY FEE of $39.95 for vendors to help them list a Venue and create three types of Booking Options (Day Pass for Laptop Workers, Group Booking and Space Only Booking). Through the subscription, vendors can list 1 venue, open up to 3 Booking options (Day Pass, Group Booking and/or Space Booking) and enjoy UNLIMITED Bookings at NO added cost. Vendors can unsubscribe at any time.

Once a Booking is made by a Customer, you will receive both an Email Notification and a Push Notification on your Vendor Profile Page. Within the Booking Page, you will see all the Upcoming Bookings and Completed Bookings (Day Pass, Group Booking, and/or Space Booking). You can ACCEPT or DECLINE any Customer Bookings 7 Days BEFORE the Event Date.
To ensure No Bookings come through During your LONG VACATION or RENOVATION PERIOD, please BLOCK the Calendar IN ADVANCE. You will find this in your ‘Vendor Add Venue’ Page.
If you use more than one Booking Platforms, do not worry.
Once a Booking comes through, you can ‘ACCEPT’ or ‘DECLINE’ any Bookings 7 DAYS Before the Event Date at NO COST. Vice Versa, Customers can cancel their booking at No Cost 7 DAYS Before the Event Date.
Any Bookings past 7 Days cannot be cancelled by a Vendor. For customers, only 50% will be refunded if cancelling a Booking past 7 Days and 3 Days before the Event Date. Any Bookings with less than 3 Days to the Event Date cannot be cancelled by a Customer. This is to best protect vendors from ‘No Show’ issues.
The payment will only be transacted from Customer Credit Card on the 7th Day Before the Event Date.
Once Payment comes through, the Payout is automatically scheduled to transfer to your dedicated Vendor Bank Account after 10 Days.
From the total amount received from Customer, 2% Platform Fee that was added on to your set Price will be deducted and then paid out to your dedicated Account.
For Day Pass Booking, please include GST and Stripe Fee (*1.75% + 30 cents per Booking) within the Price. *This may vary for international credit cards, etc.

You simply sign up choosing either Monthly or Yearly Plan. Upon signing up, please enter your Business Details, fill in Stripe KYC (Know Your Customer) page providing your Bank Account Details, ABN, Business Address for the Payout purpose, etc. Stipe is the Payment Gateway Spazii is partnered with.
Once the necessary steps are all completed and the Stripe Authentication Process is successful, then you can start listing your Venue.
First, you need to decide whether you can offer EITHER/BOTH ‘Catering & Space’ and ‘Space Booking’.
Catering & Space Booking is best for vendors with Capacity to offer BOTH Space & Catering.
Space Booking Only is best for vendors with NO Catering Capacity but have a dedicated Space for various purposes (Office, Pop-Up, Consulting, Creative, Interview, Meeting, etc.).
Space & Catering + Spacing Booking Only are best for vendors with flexibility to offer BOTH options above. In this case, please select BOTH ‘Catering & Space’ and ‘Space Booking only’ options in your ‘Vendor Add Venue’ Page. You can list a Dedicated Space under ‘Space Booking Only’ and instruct Food & Beverage to be purchased on the Premises.
Spazii offers 3 FIXED Booking Options for ALL Vendors. You can simply CHOOSE to offer ALL THREE or just 1 or 2 based on your Catering Capacity.
